If you are ordering multiple products, only one delivery charge will apply (the highest amount of the combined items).

You can track your order’s progress via tracking portal link. Tracking will become active within 48 hours after dispatch confirmation.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

PALLET DELIVERIES

Important Delivery Information

Our pallet deliveries are managed by specialist couriers. Please ensure you have checked the following:

  • Access Requirements: Notify us of any access restrictions to your property in advance.
  • Kerbside Delivery: Pallet deliveries are to kerbside locations only. Couriers are not permitted to enter your property.
  • Vehicle Access: Delivery vehicles may range from 7.5 to 18 tonnes. Ensure your property allows sufficient space.
  • Surface Conditions: Pallets can only be delivered to areas with solid, flat ground. Couriers cannot deliver on steep inclines, loose gravel, grass, steps, or uneven surfaces.
  • Delivery Windows: Pallet deliveries operate Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Specific time slots cannot be guaranteed.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to restricted access, an incorrect address, or no one being present to accept the order, re-delivery fees will apply. If the item is returned to us due to failed delivery, additional storage or re-delivery charges may be incurred.

SMALL PARCEL DELIVERIES

Our small parcel deliveries (e.g., taps, showers, accessories) are handled by DPD or Royal Mail.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 working days
  • You will receive a tracking notification via SMS or email
  • Deliveries occur Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 7 PM
  • If you are unavailable, please contact the courier directly to reschedule

DELIVERY INSPECTIONS & DAMAGES

Upon receiving your order:

  1. Check all items immediately upon delivery.
  2. If any damage is visible, report it to the driver and note it on the delivery paperwork.
  3. For concealed damages, report them within 48 hours by emailing Customerservice@CasaDiStone.com with:
    • Order number
    • Photographic evidence of the damage
    • A description of the issue

Failure to report damages within 48 hours may affect your claim.

PLANNING YOUR INSTALLATION

To ensure a seamless process, we recommend you Do not schedule your installers until you have received and inspected your entire order. Casa Di Stone is not responsible for any costs related to missed or delayed installations due to late or damaged deliveries. If you are not ready to take immediate delivery, we offer the option to hold your order until you are ready.
